Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Raven Systems LLC (“Raven Systems”, “we”, “us”) receives when you visit ravensystems.io or contact us, why we use it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” and other applicable law.
1. Who we are

Raven Systems LLC is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
2. What we collect
This website is informational. It has no user accounts, no forms and no payments. We receive personal data only in two situations:
- When you write to us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, the content of your message and anything you choose to attach.
- When you visit the site. Like any web server, our hosting provider automatically records technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and the referring page. These server logs are used only to keep the site running and secure.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, passwords, bank card details, identity document numbers or other sensitive data.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools and does not track you across other websites. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
4. Why we use your data
- to reply to your message and continue the conversation you started;
- to prepare and perform an agreement if you become our client;
- to keep the website available and protect it from abuse;
- to comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, do not use it for advertising and do not send you newsletters unless you ask us to.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run this website and our email, and only to the extent they need it:
- our website hosting provider, with servers in Tashkent, Uzbekistan;
- our domain name (DNS) and email providers.
Some of these providers may process data outside Uzbekistan. In that case we rely on the safeguards required by applicable law. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example at the lawful request of a state authority.
6. How long we keep it
- Correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your request, and then no longer than three years, unless it becomes part of an agreement that the law requires us to keep longer.
- Server logs: for a short period set by the hosting provider, normally not more than 90 days.
7. How we protect it
The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to our email and hosting accounts is limited to the people who need it and protected by strong authentication.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you whether we hold personal data about you and give you a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data or stop using it, where the law allows;
- withdraw your consent where we rely on it.

9. Our products
This policy covers only the website ravensystems.io. Our products, including the Olvem app, have their own privacy policies, which are published on their websites and apply when you use those products.
10. Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top.
